Inspired by the conception of The Macallan Edition No. 2 – a creative collaboration between The Macallan master whisky-maker and the three Roca brothers of Spain’s two-time World’s Best Restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca – August Man Malaysia and The Macallan present “The Creative Spirit of Gastronomy”, featuring Malaysia’s boundary-pushing restaurateur and chef Isadora Chai of Bistro a Table and Antara Restaurant, known for her bold, deconstructed culinary prowess and breaking down stereotypes.
In addition to blending flavours that reflect each of the four collaborators’ distinctive personalities, the dynamic character of The Macallan Edition No. 2 is also shaped by the use of seven exceptional oak cask types from four different bodegas.
