THE Uniqlo x KAWS collaboration is a gift that keeps on giving. The Japanese fashion brand recently announced that it would be joining forces with the American artist yet again, this time to launch the KAWS: Summer collection.
The KAWS: Summer collection – comprising 21 new UT (Uniqlo T-shirt) releases for adults and kids, and four tote bags – is a showcase of the contemporary artist’s expansive portfolio over the course of his career.
KAWS expressed his excitement for the collaboration with Uniqlo, saying, “I am happy to have this opportunity with Uniqlo to design a collection of T-shirts and tote bags inspired by some of my favourite sculptures that will be made accessible to a global audience.”
