With the bounteous superheroes franchises we are introduced to in this time and age, Miuccia Prada commissioned long-time collaborators James Jean and Belgian graphic artist Ollie Schrauwen to put together a comic book-inspired series that focuses more on the human aspect of things—the Clark Kent instead of Superman, or the Peter Parker instead of Spider-Man. Panels of black-and-white graphic images emphasise the otherwise jumpsuit-centric collection, with block colours of red and black upon full-shouldered shirts and nylon shirting with Prada Velcro tabs. In contrast, are colourful all-over graphic motifs of ‘80s pink and blue hues for accompanying pieces of narrow belts, blousons, knits and bags.
