Some time ago we interviewed Cedric Mui, the man behind 75cl, regarding his efforts to “democratize” wine in Singapore by introducing pairings with our beloved local cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised with the results of pairing wines with favourites like Orh Luak, Hokkien Mee, and Satay. This time, these wine aficionados are back to bring you an event that will showcase over 200 wine labels from more than 20 carefully curated wineries. World of Wines 2016 will be open to the public on 29th May at The Coliseum in Hard Rock Hotel, and will appeal to both amateur wine enthusiasts and seasoned connoisseurs. Judging by their previous events, we’re pretty sure this is going to quite an enjoyable and eye-opening experience for everyone. After all, sampling wines from all over the globe sounds like a pretty decent way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
World of Wines 2016 will be held at The Coliseum @ Hard Rock Hotel from 4pm – 9pm. Admission is free.
