Singapore has plenty of great exports, from talented artists to cool products. And what better time to celebrate local talents than the month of national Olympic pride, that also coincides with our National Day?
Apart from our current on-going project with local cocktail inventors Sunday Punch, we’re also introducing a new collaboration this month with leather goods makers Gnome & Bow (stay tuned). There’s a national swimmer on our cover and a great charity project we’re launching with medical organisation Global Clinic (you can contribute to their work by picking up our AUGUSTMAN Charity Subscription or donate to their work directly).
Scream, by Curious Dialogues
Today, we’re also introducing a local art collective comprising two graphics designers called Curious Dialogues. Interpreting words through a visual conversation, it’s a post-modern look at language and what it means to each person.
Celebration, a collab by Curious Dialogues and AUGUSTMAN
We partnered Curious Dialogues to create a work themed “Celebration”, and they came up with something curiously amusing for us. We’ll be producing a limited edition of 10 prints, signed by AUGUSTMAN and Curious Dialogues, to commemorate AUGUSTMAN’s impending 10th anniversary. The artists have kindly agreed to donate the proceeds from the sale to Global Clinic.
One piece will be given away in an Instagram contest (follow both AUGUSTMAN and Curious Dialogues‘ Instagram accounts to discover more) and eight will be available for sale on our e-Shop soon. Stay tuned.
