From 11am to 4pm, CÉ LA VI’s SkyBar will be transformed into a tropical oasis complete with dipping pools and island couture.
The party will also feature all-you-can-drink Veuve Clicquot Rosé and a huge selection of classic cocktails. Of course brunch is not complete without excellent nosh so CÉ LA VI’s providing an endless stream of oysters, freshly seared foie gras, pizzettas, gourmet wraps and truffle fries. Groove to Ibiza-style beats spun by CÉ LA VI’s renowned DJ Brendon P. as you party and take in the astounding view.
