Singapore is the sort of city you’d find awash with restaurants, and with a turnover rate that could easily send shivers down a chef’s spine. In a harsh industry mostly shaped by the bloodthirsty critic and the hungry, only the good have stuck around. But of course, they have to be, and they are more than just good.
Until this 30th December, eight of them will embark on Dom Pérignon‘s first Gastronomy Journey. In celebration of Dom Pérignon’s Vintage 2005, enjoy the different menus created specially to match the champagne. Here are the various restaurants and what you might expect of them.
