18th March: House Party Hacks by Monkey 47
Learn to make easy cocktails and canapés done the McGyver way. After you’re done, stay on. We hear Pyxiemoss’ English bacon sandwich is to die for.

He hails from Woo Taipei, a classy joint with an unpretentious vibe. Order the Old Saint, a heady mix of Remy VSOP, bitters and blueberry shrub.

19th March: Hiroyasu Kayama
His 15-seater joint (Bar Benfiddich) from Tokyo is perpetually crowded. Take this opportunity to meet him and have a drink. As long as you appreciate a strong cocktail that’s bit bitter. He’s a bit of a mad scientist who loves wormwood and absinthe.

Nothing’s better than beer pong, a man-sized Jenga tower and Monkey Shoulder shots.

20th March: Classic Cocktail Making
Learn to make four different cocktails with very different techniques. Includes a Whiskey Sour and Tom Collins.

Naren Young currently heads up the bar at Dante in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. Join him for a couple hours at this cosy jazz nook on Ann Siang road.
