If the latest sleek cellphones are your vices, LG’s dual-core Optimus L9 is willing to be the accomplice in crime. This highly-anticipated new version retains the distinctive LG’s UX functions, such as the QTranslator function and QuickMemoTM
The Optimus L9 boasts a razor-thin body of 9.1mm which is featherweight and presents a 4.7-inch IPS display for a sharp, high-definition, and non-strenuous viewing pleasure.  Says Mr. Scott Jung, Managing Director of LG Electronics Singapore: “The Optimus L9 combines style, quality and LG’s differentiated user experience in one smart complete package. We are confident that the differentiated and well-rounded value that the Optimus L9 brings to its class makes an ideal choice for users.”
This Smartphone allows users to relish in the innovative “QTranslator” function which translates words, phrases, and sentences immediately through a scan. Incorporating the “Optical Character Recognition (OCR)” technology, upon identification of the words through the camera, an electronic dictionary translates the words and stores it in memory.
Wait; it gets better. “My Style Keypad” function lends versatility to the keypad where it reformats appropriately when you text with one or two hands, accommodating both left and right-handed users as well. The accessible “Cheese Shutter” quality makes snapping pictures easy at the command of your voice.
The LG Optimus L9 will retail from December 8, 2012 at a value of S$498.
