We are no stranger to JW Anderson and Uniqlo’s collaborations. Since their first partnership in 2017, the London-based brand, widely revered for its unisex designs, has revolutionised contemporary fashion by infusing its gender-bending styles with Uniqlo’s design ethos.

In light of the pandemic, the Spring/Summer 2021 Uniqlo x JW Anderson collection is imbued with a playful sense of ease, encompassing hope for new beginnings and brighter days.
“I was really thinking of spring when I was working on this collection. We were all staying inside, and I was looking forward to when we could venture out again. I also wanted to incorporate a feeling of craft, as it’s very important to me,” said Anderson.
Conceived with an artisanal approach, the line-up sees blanket stitching on work shirts, while t-shirts and accessories are adorned with wildflower embroideries. Cool linen and seersucker in khaki, brown and ivory meld comfort with sophistication. Minimalistic silhouettes lend a laid-back facade.
