Made for the nomadic adventurer, the new NAPAPIJRI 2015 autumn/winter collection prepares you for a comfortable voyage no matter where you are on the globe, whether it be the balmy sand dunes of Morocco or the dusty roads of New Delhi.

The collection features thick and full-bodied fabrics in dynamic check designs and is dominated by the primary tones of denim and indigo as well as shades of grey and burgundy. We especially like the different washes and treatments Napapijri has employed on its statement denim pieces, which gives the wearer an insouciant attitude while still looking put together.

This year Napapijri also takes its design cues from the bottle labels found in Irish clubs around the world and the typical uniforms of Canadian lumberjacks. It’s an interesting concept that surprisingly works – very well, in our opinion – despite its obvious incongruities. You can find quilted nylon blending with other materials that include wool and jacquard knits as well as an abundant use of check prints and micro-print designs. If you’re a stickler for details, you’ll be happy to know that Napapijri has spared no expense, adding a touch of finesse with pin-lined velvet and houndstooth patterns on the inside finishes of the outfits.
