Bell & Ross has expanded its range of diver watches with the new BR 03-92 Diver Military. Throughout the brand’s history, it has produced timepieces for professional users. These include watches that are designed to function in highly extreme conditions.
The Hydromax for example held the world record for water resistance up to a depth of 11,100 metres in 1997. Released in 2017, the brand’s first square diving watch became a collection on its own. The latest addition to the family is the BR 03-92 Diver Military, which reflects the brand’s core DNA and reaffirms the brand’s functional approach.
The new model is based on Bell & Ross’ principle that the superfluous should never shadow the essentials. Naturally, the brand’s engineers have designed a utilitarian diving watch perfectly suitable for professional use.
Precision Diving Tool
Limited to 999 examples, the BR 03-92 Diver Military is a reliable instrument ready for any professional diving mission. Water resistant to 300 metres, the watch is armoured with a steel interior and ceramic exterior case. As a further guarantee of flawless water resistance, the sapphire crystal with antireflective coating measures 2.85 mm thick.
Screwed down to withstand the pressure at great depths, the crown of the BR 03-92 Diver Military is equipped with a guard that guarantees complete protection against impacts and optimal water resistance. The carefully designed crown is also fitted with a rubber insert for improved ergonomics.

With its olive drab tone, the dive watch mirrors the colour of the military, making it a superbly camouflaged watch. Faithful to military specifications, the dial is perfectly readable both day and night.
This is down to the photoluminescent coating that allows immediate reading of the time. Additionally, the olive drab dial features indices in skeletonised metal applique filled with green Super-LumiNova C3 for enhanced legibility.
Up For The Challenge
To ensure it measures up to any adventurous challenge, the timepiece features a black matte ceramic case. Lightweight, high-performance and virtually un-scratchable, the material is reminiscent of the anti-reflective finish used on aircraft instrument panels. Naturally, this also makes the model perfectly in tune with aeronautical codes crucial to Bell & Ross’ philosophy.

The BR 03-92 Diver Military is driven by a Swiss self-winding mechanical movement with proven robustness and accuracy. With ergonomics perfectly designed for underwater use, the iconic square case is equipped with a 60-minute calibrated uni-directional rotating bezel. This bezel, designed for professional use, has a key function as a time marker for diving.
Additionally, the watch case is also equipped with a soft iron cage to increase its resistance to magnetic fields. The watch is presented in a water-resistant Pelican box and is paired with two straps. Both the woven black rubber with a PVD coated stainless steel pin buckle and ultra-resilient olive drab synthetic fabric, have been designed for professional underwater use.
