Add a sprinkling of luxurious gold to the mysterious allure of the colour black and what you’ll get is a handsome match made in sartorial heaven.
Kris Van Assche explores the above sentiment and launches a capsule collection showcasing his modern take on the classic pairing. Sharp suits, sleek dress shoes, and stylish leather goods are given a golden touch with gold bee motifs (a Dior signature) and “CHRISTIAN DIOR ATELIER, 3 RUE DE MARIGNAN” typography prints artfully splashed across some of the pieces. We can see ourselves with some of the pieces, especially on days we want to serve good taste to the table. The supple leather clutches are a no-brainer, but we can’t seem to pass on the glossy shoes either. Decisions, decisions.
